1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Keşfed mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Keşfed is a digital discovery and connection platform that brings together neighborhood residents, local businesses, and service providers across Turkey. Through the App, you can:

Discover businesses and services near you
Use AI-powered voice search
Use map and navigation features
Follow neighborhood listings, news, and events
Connect with experts and service providers

3. Account Registration

To access all features of the App, you will need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
You are responsible for the security of your account
Do not share your password with anyone
If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately
Each user may only create one account
Individuals under the age of 13 may not use our App

4. User Obligations

By using the App, you agree to comply with the following rules:

Not to share content that violates laws or public morality
Not to upload content that infringes on the rights of others
Not to provide misleading, false, or fraudulent information
Not to share spam, advertisements, or unauthorized commercial content
Not to misuse the App or attempt to damage its systems
Not to engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
To respect intellectual property rights

5. Content Policy

Content shared by users (listings, reviews, photos, etc.) is entirely the responsibility of the users. Keşfed Teknoloji:

Reserves the right to remove inappropriate content without prior notice
Has the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms
Does not guarantee the accuracy of shared content

6. Business and Service Listings

Business and service information in the App:

Is based on information provided by the businesses themselves
Prices, opening hours, and service content may change over time
Keşfed Teknoloji does not guarantee the accuracy of this information
Keşfed Teknoloji is not a party to any disputes that may arise with businesses

7. Location Services

Location permission is required to use the location-based features of the App. For more information on how your location data is used, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logo, software, and other materials in the App belong to Keşfed Teknoloji and are protected by copyright laws. Users:

May use the App only for personal and non-commercial purposes
May not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App
May not attempt to reverse engineer the App

9. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Keşfed Teknoloji is not responsible for third-party content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Keşfed Teknoloji:

Does not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or error
Cannot be held responsible for damages arising from transactions made by users through the App
Is not responsible for damages resulting from technical failures, data loss, or connection issues
Is not responsible for the actions of third-party businesses and service providers

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. To request account closure, please send an email to [email protected].

Keşfed Teknoloji reserves the right to close accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify our users via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Denizli shall have jurisdiction.
