Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Kesfed Teknoloji, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions applicable to payments made through our App.

We accept refund requests within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.


2. Payment Types and Refund Conditions

2.1 Service Reservations

For service reservations made through the App, refund conditions are evaluated as follows:

Cancelled before service delivery (more than 24 hours in advance) Full refund
Cancelled before service delivery (less than 24 hours) Partial refund or no refund — evaluated based on service provider's policy
Cancelled after service is completed No refund
Cancelled by the service provider Full refund
Service delivered incompletely or incorrectly Evaluated on a case-by-case basis

2.2 In-App Purchases

For in-app purchases (special features, packages, etc.):

Situation Refund Condition
Feature unused after purchase (within 7 days) Full refund
Feature partially used Partial refund may be considered
Feature fully used No refund
Feature not working due to technical error Full refund or re-activation

2.3 Business Membership Package

For business membership packages:

Situation Refund Condition
Cancelled before package activation (within 7 days) Full refund
Cancelled after activation, within the first 7 days Partial refund may be considered
Cancelled after 7 days No refund; usage rights continue for the remaining period
Service discontinued by Kesfed Teknoloji Full refund proportional to remaining period

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

You can submit a refund request by following these steps:

  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Your registered email address
    • Order or transaction number
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Screenshots or supporting documents if available
  3. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days and you will be notified of the outcome
